The John Force RaceStation online sales operates Monday through Friday;
8:30am-5:30pm PST. Orders placed weekdays after 12:00pm will be processed and
shipped the follow business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00pm through
Sunday at 11:59pm will be processed the following Monday. Payment will not be
charged until the order has been processed for shipping.
Autograph requests may delay processing depending on drivers
Orders can not be cancelled after the shipping process has
begun, customer must wait to receive item(s) and than return the item to us at
their own cost for refund or exchange (shipping will be charged again for
The John Force RaceStation uses both UPS (United Parcel
Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service) for our shipping; customers
may choose the class of mailing during checkout. Once a order has been
processed, a tracking number will be available to you when you log into your
RaceStation account. It is not the responsibility of the John Force RaceStation
to provide the tracking number via email or phone.
Orders over $150 are eligible to receive free shipping for
customers in the continental United States; some large items are not eligible. To
be eligible for free shipping, the order subtotal must equal $150 or more, not
including tax. The John Force RaceStation has the right to choose the shipping
method for orders that qualify for the free shipping promotion (UPS Ground,
USPS Priority, etc). Free shipping must be chosen by the customer during
checkout, refunds for shipping costs will not be given after order has been

Pre-Orders assures that a customer will receive a diecast;
some diecast have a very low production quantity and can sell out very quickly.
As a collectors item, these diecasts are never reproduced after a model has
NOTE: John Force Racing diecasts are a highly detailed
collectors items, manufacturing these items is difficult and the process of
approvals can take several months. Delays often occur and can last as long as
four months as our manufacture strives for perfection when replicating our race
cars. Please allow for delays on these
products; we try our best to get our customers updated for release dates.
1. Purchase your $5.00 deposit for each JFR diecast*;
include your most updated email address and phone number.
2. Save your order number as you will need it to redeem
your pre-ordered diecast.
3. A pre-order promo code will be e-mailed to you when
the diecast are ready for delivery.
4. Use your promo code to pay the remaining balance
(your $5.00 deposit will then be applied at that time). Shipping options and
autograph request can be made at this step.
*$5.00 deposit is non-refundable.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The John Force RaceStation allows for returns and exchanges
for up to 30 days after the purchase.
All returns must be in unused resellable condition. Customer are responsible for any return
shipping expenses. Returned items are
subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers requesting an exchange may also be
subject to additional shipping expenses.
Clothing will not be accepted if it has a odor; including
smoke and perfume/cologne. John Force RaceStation has the right to refuse any
item for refund or exchange.
Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Any personalized and/or autographed item including artwork,
apparel, books, drinkware, remote controlled cars, and toys will not be
excepted for refund or exchange. Some autographed diecasts are available for

Most times refunds can be processed by crediting the payment
method used during the initial purchase; however some purchases are not
eligible for refunds back on credit/debit cards and the customer will instead
receive their refund by check; please allow 2-4 weeks for refund by check.

over the phone during our regular business hours; Monday through Friday;

for a phone order, these orders must have their refunds delivered by check;
