The website looks different; what's going on?

Our old site was having frequent tech issues that could no longer be repaired, we decided to build our site on a new platform that has streamlined the ordering process for the customer and made it easier for us to update the site.

Why do I need to set up a new account? Where is my old account?

Due to designing our site on a new platform, we could not transfer over the old customer accounts. However, if you would like a copy of your past purchases, please feel free to email us at orders@johnforceracing.com

I want to get my purchased item autographed, where is the autograph fee add-on option?

Currently, the platform does not give us the option to include an autographed add-on. However, if you leave us a note during checkout, we will add the autograph to your order on our end and send you an email invoice for the fee. We apologize for the inconvenience, we are working with our developer to get this option added to the site ASAP.

What are the store hours, can I come shop in the store and visit the shop/museum?

The gift store and museum in both Yorba Linda, California, and Brownsburg, Indiana, are both closed to the public. We do not offer tours currently.

Can I send something in to get autographed by the drivers?

Yes! Please feel free to send in two items (per year) to receive a free autograph. You can send hero cards, diecasts, shirts, artwork, etc. Please make sure to provide return shipping in the form of stamps or a shipping label. We ask that you not send in cash, checks, or money orders instead of postage, your item will not be returned.

Can I return/exchange something I purchased at the track?

No, we have a seperate inventory from the track sides sales team; Legends Global. Please contact them for any questions about returns/exchanges. hello@legends.net or (317) 243-2000.
